What can go wrong and how Goodiebag handles it
If a group member enters the wrong phone number, the transfer fails and the slot is restored for a retry. If they do not have an OPay, PalmPay, or Moniepoint account linked to their phone number, they cannot claim. If the Goodiebag expires before everyone claims, unclaimed slots are refunded to the sender. Failed transfers create a support reference so both the sender and the group member can track resolution. Goodiebag is not responsible for delays caused by WhatsApp broadcast limits or member response times.
