The phone number must match the recipient's OPay, PalmPay, or Moniepoint account. A wrong number will fail, and the bag slot may be lost. Always double-check before claiming.
Unclaimed funds are refunded after expiry
Goodiebags expire after the sender's chosen duration (1 to 24 hours). Slots that remain unclaimed are normally refunded after expiry, subject to Paystack processing. Refund timing may vary.
