What can go wrong and how Goodiebag handles it

If a recipient enters the wrong phone number, the transfer fails and the slot is restored for a retry. If they do not have an OPay, PalmPay, or Moniepoint account, they cannot claim for that bank. If the Goodiebag expires with unclaimed slots, the sender receives a refund. Failed transfers create a support reference so both parties can track resolution. Goodiebag is not liable for delays caused by Paystack or recipient bank processing times.
