Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Goodiebag account and personal data at any time by emailing us. We will process it within 14 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in access, public display name, saved profile details, and push notification tokens, subject to legal retention requirements.

What is retained

Transaction records are kept for a minimum of 5 years as required by Nigerian financial regulations (CBN and NDPA 2023).

We may retain transaction records, claim records, payout records, fraud-prevention logs, support records, and audit records where required for legal, compliance, tax, accounting, payment processing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legitimate business purposes.
