They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, except through the redemption options made available within the Service. How do I start earning points?+
Sign in to your dashboard and link your phone number for your first 25 points. From there, claiming your @name, dropping a bag, and receiving claims all add to your balance automatically.
Do points expire?+
Points may expire if unused. Redemptions are subject to eligibility requirements, tier thresholds, caps, and verification, as set out in our Terms.
Can I withdraw or sell my points?+
No. Points are a digital record of activity within Goodiebag and have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, only redeemed for the options available in the Service, such as fee discounts, a bag bonus, or cosmetic extras.
Can Goodiebag change the rewards programme?+
Yes. Goodiebag can modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards, points, referral, or tier programme, including point values, earning rules, caps, tiers, and redemption options, at any time. Points already earned are honoured under the terms in effect at the time of redemption, where reasonably possible.
What happens if points are earned through abuse?+
Goodiebag can withhold, adjust, or revoke points or redemptions where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or manipulation of the referral or rewards system.
