The phone number you enter during claim must match the one registered on your OPay, PalmPay, or Moniepoint account. A mismatch will cause the transfer to fail, and the claim slot may be lost.
Senders choose a duration between 1 and 24 hours. Unclaimed funds are normally refunded after expiry, subject to Paystack processing, bank, and card network timelines. Learn more
