What can go wrong and how Goodiebag handles it
If a staff member enters the wrong phone number during claim, the transfer fails and the slot is restored so they can retry. If their phone number is not linked to a supported bank (OPay, PalmPay, or Moniepoint), they cannot claim for that account. If the Goodiebag expires before they claim, unclaimed slots are refunded to the sender. Each failed transfer creates a support reference that the sender and recipient can use to track resolution.
